We have e.g. developed a series of software for Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook embedding. These plug-ins include an application that facilitates simple and fast resource booking, a web based group calendar offering comprehensive overview and intuitive scheduling tools, and an application that facilitates the creation and design of professional e-mail signatures.
We have also developed an application enabling selected users to easily update non-critical information in the Exchange directory and an add-on application to facilitate one-way synchronization from individual Outlook mailboxes or folders to a public folder on the Exchange server, or to a Microsoft SQL database. Furthermore, we have produced an application that makes it possible to manage digital signs easily and effectively.

All major deadlines were met because of Add-On Development’s focused approach, prioritizing efforts and features according to the Scrum model. Add-On Development succeeded in embracing process improvements on-the-fly, e.g. in the fields of test planning, release notes, test reporting, and version control.
The user interface is intuitive and easy to work with, and the system has proved stable in a runtime environment. At Add-On Development, the Team has been working very well on the project in spite of developing on the basis of unclear specifications and with brand new technology. In total, the final software meets our requirements.

WTC probably offers the best and most updated user interface on the market for team calendaring, conveying the looks and feel of Microsoft Outlook Web Access. The functionality is as expected, and all requirements have been met.
All members of the team have been very focused on the project, and the team has delivered an end product that lives up to specifications. In issue situations, the brief daily status conferences have provided a quick stepping stone for moving on. Successive change requests have been smoothly and efficiently incorporated.
We are very satisfied with the product, which became a huge success when put on the market.

The interface has the same look and feel as the Microsoft Office suite, and the project as such virtually met all requirements. Functionality wise, only one element had to be removed from the original configuration.
All the way, the communication with the Project Team Lead has been a pleasure. We have used the daily status conferences with a planned duration of 15 minutes to visualize project progress and to discuss issues and ideas. Hence, throughout the process I have been fully updated on project progress – in spite of being located thousands of kilometers from the development team. For daily conferences, it has been a success to use Skype, Messenger and GoToMeetings.

The project has been delivered on time. Several times, the project plan was updated to meet new requirements that have been added after the initial project planning. The rescheduling has been successful and project management has worked extremely well. All the way, Add-On Development has provided us with an exact status on project progress, and the frequent status meetings have proven a good way to follow the project and to do explanations and discussing.
The user interface is intuitive and easy to work with, and the front end offers excellent functionality and stability. Overall, the Team has been working hard and very well on the project even if some of the programming areas were brand new.
Not only does the finalized system delivered meet all the original requirements, change requests have also been incorporated in the development process. We made the first installation with a client last week which went very well, and we are sure that this product is a sound basis on which to develop new software in the future.
